BLOCK VOTING: GOOD OR BAD FOR THE COUNTRY.
Long time ago, the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) started the block voting system for all its members. If you are member of this flock, you have no alternative but to follow, otherwise you have suspended of removed. It is one of the reasons why the Philippines until now remain impoverished, and continues to be poor.
POWER CORRUPTS, ABOSLUTE POWER, CORRUPTS ABSOLUTELY!!! That's the source of widespread corruption in the country today. That's why our country remain impoverished
until today.
Before a lot of its members do not use their minds anymore, because their higher up is the one selecting which candidate should be voted. But many of their members opted to go instead of following the instructions. We have rights to choose whose candidate should be voted upon.
This is the only religious organization in the world that practiced block voting with its members. It is the opposite in principle with the elections system. The right to choose in elections.
This is the reason why the INC is very much influential in our government. After the elections, come June or a few months there after expect the appointment of INC member to high and powerful position in government. Expect favourable court rulings involving INC member or litigant. This is when injustice start to grind.
Many elections have passed but the economy and the livelihood of Filipinos remained the same if not going down. If we remain like this for the comng years, all those, promises and programs of all the presidential candidates shall become naught.
Expect the next administration to be aimless (wanton) in the delivery of justice and services, especially with the INC and its members. Look what happened to the administration of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. They are very brave against their enemy in faith, they force people to believe that Jesus Christ is man. And many times they end their fight or argument in trouble or in court.
They successfully influenced the president to appoint their members in a powerful and influential positions, especially in the judiciary and police. Whereby, they are favored in initiating court litigation and the like.
I hope we learned our lesson in the past. And please help in reforming our justice system. NO TO BLOCK VOTING!!!

FINDING THE TRUE RELIGION
Sometimes in June 2008, the idea of what is the true religion came to my mind, after I read a pamphlet that a Europian priest (Roman Catholic) left his mission and joined another born again religion in the Philippines.
It strike to my mind what will happen when man dies? Somebody said that he will go directly to heaven or hell. It this true? I have to know the truth before it is too late.
During this period I just returned home to Batasan Hills to rejoined my sick wife Marieta (she has a goiter) after almost 4 years of abandoning them.
One afternoon, I am very fortunate because I chanced upon a television program wherein anybody can ask questions to a TV host. By viewing, I learned not only where the soul goes after he dies but I learned a lot from Bro. Eli Soriano, the program host. (1 Cor 12:31): He is also the Presiding Minister of the MEMBERS CHURCH OF GOD INTERNATIONAL.
At the same time, they announced that there will be a forthcoming Bible Exposition to be held at the big dome (Araneta Coliseum in Cubao). During those times, my wife is staying with my daughter's apartment to help, Karen in Mandaluyong, so I called her so that we could attend to Bro. Eli's exposition in Cubao.
So, on that afternoon where the exposition is scheduled we met at Araneta Coliseum. I was surprised by giving us food for the night, a complete meal (free dinner). I learned a lot from that bible exposition. I have also learned from one of their members that I have to finished 30 sessions of indoctrination first from any of their coordinating centers before I could formally joined the group.
Two days later, I went to Capitol State Coordinating Center (one the nearest coordinating centers in our house) to inquire about indoctrination session. I've learned that their current session is on the 18th session already and they are hesitant to admit me because its already in the middle of indoctrination, but I insist to join. So most of my batchmate were almost through. They know how to pray by kneeling and they knew the basic obligation of Christ follower. When the batch ended the current indoctrination, they all go the for the Baptism. I have to wait for another batch to continue my own indoctrination. It took me three weeks more to continue my indoctrination.
This time, I asked my wife to attend also, I accompanied her in Mandaluyong to look for ideal Coordinating center near my daughter's apartment. We found that the nearest coordinating center is Hulo (the old coordinatingn center) one jeepney ride. Its now called Boni Dansalan Coordinating center, after it transferred to a bigger and accesible building.
In short, It took me two months and three weeks before I finished the 30 sessions of indoctrination. On August 14, Friday of 2008 I am ready to be baptized, in Apalit, Pampanga. This time I finished it in Hulo coordinating center. So, they are the one who will sponsor me. (I will be their member from then on).
During the night before going to baptism rites, there is unusually power failure. I almost did not sleep that night. Its because one transformer was busted, and the Meralco people waited for a new one to be installed.
Early morning on 15th od August, I arrived alone at coordinating center in Hulo. There a prayer of travelling was said before we rode to van. Two of us are candidates for baptism in that locale, one girl and myself so we are one full in a van including those in charge of baptism. In Apalit, we were about 50 persons during that time. The actual baptism shall be done in a swimming pool at almost 12:00'oçlock noon. After the baptism I forgot my borrowed towel inside the comfort room. After the baptism, I stayed there in Apalit for the next day thanksgiving. We were accomodated by one of the Brethens there. I was not able to roam around in Apalit, as I expected. So, it was August 15, 2008, 12:15 noon is the date and time of my Baptism, in Apalit, Pampanga solemnised by Bro. Villarosa.
The day after baptism, early morning I remembered the forgoten towel. I told to one of my campanion about it, he said, Ï'm sure it still there let us get it at once. We went there and true enough it still there. I thanked the Lord, it is also a sign that we were protected by someone up there.
At the same time, my daughter Karen is also attending indoctrination in Hulo, Mandaluyong. So, I expect my wife Marieta and Karen will join me soon become members of this true religion.
I found out that this is the TRUE RELIGION. Because of the following reasons: number one, it can be found in the Bible (11 Corinto 1:1). Number two, it is the reality of some propechies in the Bible (Jer 30:19, Isaias 24:15). Thirdly this is where we found peace of mind and rest for our sould, unlike before we were not contended and lastly we witnessed the other propecies mentioned in the Bible.
Karen suddenly stopped taking the remaining sessions of indoctrination for the reason she only knows. Our only consolation is my mother in law, Concepcion Ogena Diego finished the indoctrination sessiond and now fully baptized after more than four months of pruding by both of us.
My oldest daughter Diana, who is working in United Arab Emirates as a hotel worker has decided to marry her longtime boyfriend Dennis Zonsa, a licensed architech. Dennis accommodated us by providing our airline ticket to and from Dubai to witness their wedding. We spent 27 days and nights in Dubai. Mayet and I spend a vacation-grande-like in Dubai, U.A.E. for almost a month. Dennis spent P130,000, for the fare alone. Equivalent to (9,600 Dirham)
We enjoyed the vacation and their company as well. We experienced eating in .a specialty restaurant in Dubai, which is very expensive, we roamed the whole Dubai including shopping, and desert roaming. We also attended the ADD service in Dubai. The brethen there are friendly and very accommodating.
January 19, 2010 the date Diana and Dennis are gong home. We met them at Ninoy Aquino Internationl Airport at about 10 in the morning together with my oldest son Kenn. The couple Karen and Ian with Louise came, to also met them. We atr first at a Chowking fastffod near the airport. They decided to come home to deliver ther first born child, because its very expensive in Dubai to have a childbirth.
They decided to look for a decent house for rent. At first, I do not want leave our house because its very hard for us to rent, for I have no income whatsoever. Fortunately, they found a decent house in Bago Bantay. The rent is P8,500 per month. So, we transferred immediately. Its good there. There, they waited the coming a of a baby boy, they named "Denzel". The wait took very long, maybe because we all excited.
Then, Diana took one housemaid from Samar St. living with her daughter. She took the clearances that Diana required her to present. She is Maritess by name, she will start April 14, 2010. But they came to only inform us that she decided start working on following Saturday. (today is Wednesday April 14, 2010)
While waiting for the time of coming out of baby Denzel is taking too long for us, her doctor advised her to continue walking while waiting. So, we daily walk to the SM Mall since its very near our place. The problem is, when we have brought money we end up eating in a restaurant.
April 19, 2010, still no sign of labor that will lead to childbirth.
Diana always consulted her physician, at Montano-Ramos General Hospital in Bukidnon Street, in Quezon City.
Her doctor advised her have the baby come through ceasarian section. So on the night of the 21 April 2010 Diana together with my wife Marieta and Karen checked her in the hospital. The next day 22nd day of April about 6:00 a.m. the doctors prepared her for the cesarian section operation.
And it was successful, a big big baby boy came out. Yes, a baby boy came out, and it was very cute just like baby Diana when she was a baby.
We continue serving God as we promised during the baptism rites. I joined the writersconnect international conference in Apalit, Pampanga. I met aspiring writers and bloggers there. I got their e-mail address. I learned from our speaker some tips about blogging,
Now, we are regular member of Locale of EDSA Munoz Coordinating Center. Thank you God.

I have been jobless for almost a year now. I apply as a volunteer at UNTV but until now no reply yet whether they will hire me or not. It is very difficult nowadays when you have no income especially in our church, where we are required to share television spots expenses. I feel under tremendous pressure when our leader is demanding more collections. It is the reason why, I need to volunteer in the television. At least I can share small amount during monthly period.
